Job Description

Administrative Assistant
Location: Stoneham, MA
Compensation: 50k-60k

We are a busy accounting firm in Stoneham seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to provide essential office support. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new software programs.

Responsibilities:
Manage billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Maintain and update client databases
Oversee office supply inventory and restock as needed
Answer and direct phone calls while greeting visitors professionally
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Handle incoming and outgoing mail distribution
Perform general administrative duties to support the team
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or higher preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software programs
Previous administrative or office experience is a plus
