About the Position:
GPTech is seeking an Office Assistant to coordinate and oversee administrative duties and ensure that the corporate Home Office operates efficiently and smoothly. The position will provide direct administrative support the GPTech Office of the President. The ideal candidate will be organized, results driven, detail oriented, and able to execute tasks independently with a high level of accuracy. The position is located in Arlington, Virginia. GPTech operates under a hybrid model of work with both in-office and remote working days.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Receive and distribute communications; collect and mail correspondence.
  • Support presentations, trainings, meetings, and workshops.
  • Assist in procuring, carrying, and caring for materials.
  • Maintain office equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting failures, calling for repairs, and monitoring equipment operation.
  • Help implement new corporate programs, procedures, methods, and systems.
  • Perform other support tasks as requested, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.
  • Provide support to the Home Office Officer Manger. 
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed.
