Job Description

We are currently partnering with a Commercial Biotech Company with a portfolio of x7 FDA approved Hematology/Oncology products and, of which, are looking to hire a new OAM to further expand their sales goals throughout 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage healthcare providers—including oncologists, hematologists, oncology nurses, pharmacists, and formulary committees—to deliver accurate, compliant product and disease state information.
  • Promote appropriate, on-label use of therapeutic products through strategic sales calls, educational programs, and collaborative events.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and hospital networks.
  • Coordinate promotional activities such as lunch-and-learns, in-services, and tumor board presentations in accordance with compliance standards.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to maximize territory performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain territory reports, forecasting tools, and activity tracking to monitor progress toward goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training, national meetings, and regional events to stay current on product knowledge and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred majors include Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience is required.
  • Over 3 years of oncology, hematology, immunology, or rare disease sales is preferred.
  • Clinical background (RN, NP, PA) with pharmaceutical sales experience is also welcome.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders across the healthcare continuum.
  • Travel (up to 60%) and work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.
  • Experience selling in the LA area.
