Operations Analysts are the essential liaison between SDI Operations (Field Operations, Purchasing and Sourcing) and our client. They ensure client satisfaction and deliver a Best In Class (BIC) storeroom operations.

A typical day in the life of an Operation Analyst:
Work with the purchasing department to ensure parts leave the facility on time to our client sites, and ensure the Accounts Payable (A/P) team have the information needed to document on file.
Perform production planning for customer areas - manage reports to track daily, weekly, monthly, and outage work as well as reporting the status of all work at the customer site.
Run match exception reports and analyze the root cause of errors.
Create action plans to resolve issues.
Conduct inventory analysis and reconciliation of cycle counting events.
Communicate delivery expectations to the client.
Manage BIC corrective action plans.
Manage Return To Vendor (RIV) processes including repair tracking process.
Oversee Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program.
Provide back-up to the Site Manager.
The skills you'll contribute to our diverse team:
High school diploma.
Supervisory and project management experience highly preferred.
Ability to lift weight unaided of up to 50 pounds; higher weights using equipment such as pallet jacks.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software and familiarity with warehouse ERP software.
Past experience working in a maintenance or repair environment.
Content working in an industrial environment where you're exposed to heat, noise, and dirt.

The pay range for the role is will not exceed $70,000.00 per year. Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience and skills, and location. Pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the pay range applicable at the time.
