Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to work with one of a leading technology clients. This role is working onsite in Cupertino, CA. This is role will be responsible to lead and coordinate multiple health operations and systems initiatives.

Project Manager – Health Operations and Systems

Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple health operations and systems initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong communication skills, a background in data management and reporting, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare, business or equivalent field
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a healthcare or operations environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex project schedules and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with data management, reporting, and using metrics to track project progress and outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills, including developing requirements, process flows, project plans, and reports.
  • Experience managing multiple partner teams and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience delivering healthcare or research projects strongly preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI or equivalent certification from an accredited program is preferred

Description

The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across several work streams, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies. This role requires close collaboration with operations and research teams, clinical staff, and partner functions within our client's ecosystems.

  • Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Ensures timely and consistent communication to sponsors and stakeholders on project status, scope changes, and resource impacts for projects.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between operations, research, clinical teams, privacy, legal and other partner functions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Utilize data management and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
  • Document requirements, process flows, and create project status reports for stakeholders.
  • Manage team budgets including creating invoices and tracking spend to date
