About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Specialist to join our team. Experience with other marketplaces is not required but is highly beneficial. In this role you will primarily be responsible for managing and maintaining the Amazon Seller account, optimizing listings, coordinating the full cycle of product launches and working closely with marketing, design and supply chain to ensure the overall success of our Amazon Business. The secondary focus will be expansion of the Amazon Business to other countries (CA, MX, EU) and building a presence on other marketplaces such as Target, Walmart and our own store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the Amazon Seller Account health and performance.
  • Research, plan, coordinate and execute expansion to other marketplaces and countries.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance product and brand performance.
  • Plan and coordinate product launches and relaunches.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to improve product performance and brand presence.
  • Work with Supply chain to ensure that we maintain healthy inventory levels.
  • Work with our Design Team to improve the product and marketing visual assets.
  • Work with Research and Development team to collaborate on product development.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices within the ecommerce space to ensure we are utilizing the best available methods for success.
  • Implement, track and utilize various performance indicators to make data driven decisions.

  • Improve revenue and margin generated from various channels.
  • Improve product ranking, performance, and brand visibility.

  • Efficiently manage inventory levels and turnover rate.

About you

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
  • Minimum of 3 years working with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce and marketplace tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building relationships with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of marketplaces regulations, trends, and tendencies.
