Job Description

IM Global LLC is a bonded warehouse operator with a growing footprint in overseas warehouse logistics. We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant Supervisor with prior experience in cross-border logistics operations and overseas warehouse management systems.

Compensation is based on experience and any special skills you might have.

The job includes performing all day-to-day warehouse tasks as needed, including:

• Assist warehouse supervisor with daily warehouse operations
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics processes, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely updates in the warehouse system
• Supervise and support warehouse associates during shifts
• Assist with team training and onboarding of new employees
• Help resolve order discrepancies, damages, and inventory issues
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety protocols
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in overseas warehouse operations (required)
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems, especially Lingxing (领星) (preferred)
• Cantonese or Mandarin speaking (required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Valid driver's license
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background/drug screening
• Ability to work weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00-24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per day
