Job Title: Paralegal – Employment Litigation

Location: New York, NY (On-Site, World Trade Center)

About the Role:

A busy employment litigation practice in New York City is seeking a Paralegal to support its attorneys handling workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour cases. This is a full-time, on-site role offering hands-on experience in meaningful litigation work.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft and organize pleadings, discovery, and trial exhibits
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries
• Manage case files and assist with e-discovery/document production
• Support attorneys in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
• Coordinate communications with clients, courts, and third parties

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of paralegal/litigation support experience (employment law preferred)
• Strong drafting, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with litigation software/e-discovery tools a plus
• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Excellent communication and client-service skills
• Must be able to work on-site in New York City

Compensation:

💲 $65,000 – $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience), plus health benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities.
