Albion Rye Associates are proud to be supporting a Global Medical Device company to recruit a contracts focused Paralegal to join their commercial team based in Boston. This is an attractive opportunity to join a world leading Medical Device firm.
This role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide variety of tenders, proposals, and commercial contracts. The individual in this position will serve as the primary point of contact for the sales organization to ensure contract compliance and optimization.
They will collaborate directly with the sales team or relevant sales support resources across divisions to create customer contracts and proactively manage the existing contract portfolio. The ideal candidate is self-driven, demonstrates strong business acumen, pays close attention to detail, can quickly adjust priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This position will also work closely with other business units to streamline processes related to contracts and service delivery.
