Job Description

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and mail AP checks, including inserting checks with the correct mailing address
  • Manage postage for outgoing mail and create FedEx shipping labels
  • Pick up and drop off mail as needed; open, stamp, and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate departments
  • Monitor and restock kitchen supplies (coffee, drinks, utensils, etc.) and general office items (including candy and snacks)
  • Partner with an Executive Assistant to coordinate supply orders as needed
  • Coordinate with building management regarding office maintenance and security access
  • Keep the front desk and kitchen area clean, organized, and stocked—including maintaining refrigerator cleanliness
  • Open and close the office as required on scheduled days

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in office coordination, administration, or a similar support role preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in an onsite office environment
