Job Description

Job Summary: Cronin Ford North is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Parts Counter Person. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires excellent customer service skills and a passion for the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will receive hands-on training and have the opportunity to grow within the company. Compensation & Benefits: The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $22 to $27 hour, paid semimonthly. In addition, employees have access to a variety of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee discounts. Responsibilities:

• Assist Collision Center with their parts needs, and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parts department.
• Work collaboratively with the parts sales team and other departments to meet customer needs.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking shelves.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed on new or updated parts.
• Drive occasionally to vendors and other dealerships to pick up/drop off parts

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be available to work some Saturdays.
