Job Summary:
Cronin Ford North is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Parts Counter Person. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires excellent customer service skills and a passion for the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will receive hands-on training and have the opportunity to grow within the company.
Compensation & Benefits:
The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $22 to $27 hour, paid semimonthly. In addition, employees have access to a variety of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee discounts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Collision Center with their parts needs, and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parts department.
- Work collaboratively with the parts sales team and other departments to meet customer needs.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking shelves.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed on new or updated parts.
- Drive occasionally to vendors and other dealerships to pick up/drop off parts
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be available to work some Saturdays.
