• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without getting flustered- this is REALLY important Also being able to prioritize many demands coming at them each day
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail is very important to the success of this role
• Technical savviness and being able to learn new systems quickly in this virtual environment- they will be learning upwards of 10 different internal systems and will be utilizing 3-4 at a time for some clients depending on what is needing to be done during a client call or case in their queue.
• Agility/flexibility in an ever-changing environment
• Prior experience working and excelling within a client-facing role (retail, account management, client service, industry experience such as working at the company prior or another competitor, etc.)

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consultants will be taking inbound client calls to support ADP’s technology products (Payroll, HR, Benefits)
• Upon conversion, consultants will be assigned a book of business to support specific clients
• Interact with external clients via telephone and email communication
• Build relationships with set clients and get to know their business on a deeper level in order to best advise
• Act as a business partner and consultant to solve client issues or concerns and take a proactive approach to potential future needs
• Consultants will be fully trained on the payroll process and all product offerings within this space prior to conversion

$24.50hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
