Role Description

In this vital role, you’ll be the primary point of contact with our clients, guiding them through every step of their personal injury claim. You’ll manage a diverse caseload, ensuring clear communication, meticulous organization, and compassionate support. You will be asked to communicate with insurance companies, medical records, medical providers, and other relevant parties. This role will require preparing demands, summaries, and other legal documents. Assist attorneys with case prep, including discovery and trial support. In additon, you will manage a high volumee caseload from intake through settlement or litigation, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 + years of experience as a case manager or paralegal in a personal injury practice.

Strong understanding of personal injury claims, processes, and terminology.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically.

Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

in a fast-paced environment.
