Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized training sessions to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
• Develop and implement tailored strength training programs based on individual needs and physiology.
• Educate clients on body mechanics and anatomy to ensure safe and effective exercise techniques.
• Lead group fitness classes, fostering a motivating and engaging environment.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to maximize results.
• Promote fitness services and products to enhance client engagement and retention.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
