Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plant Operations Associate to support day-to-day activities within our manufacturing facility in Tampa, Florida. This role involves assisting with production flow, equipment monitoring, material handling, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and has prior experience working in a plant or industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor plant operations to ensure continuous and efficient production
• Assist with equipment setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting
• Support inventory movement and material staging for production lines
• Perform routine inspections and report any operational or safety issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the plant floor and surrounding areas
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to meet daily goals
• Complete required documentation related to production and plant activities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment
• Ability to operate forklifts or other machinery (certification preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, physically demanding environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed

Work Environment:

Manufacturing or plant floor setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and temperature fluctuations. Use of PPE is required.
