Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Powersports Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for powersports vehicles and a customer-centric attitude. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, guiding them through the purchasing process, and helping them find the perfect products that meet their needs and preferences. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing expert knowledge on our range of powersports products. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products, financing options, and accessories. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and maintenance information. Stay informed on industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings to provide knowledgeable advice. Participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the dealership. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed effectively. Attend Adventure Lifestyle Sales virtual training sessions as directed. Qualifications: Previous sales experience, preferably in the powersports or retail industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport. Passion for powersports and a good understanding of different vehicle types, features, and benefits. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications. Valid driver’s license; motorcycle endorsement preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
