Pricing Analyst / Administrator

Location: Appleton, WI (Hybrid options available)

Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM CST (flexibility for West Coast support)

As the Pricing Analyst you will support the Pricing Manager and Sales Team in developing competitive and profitable pricing strategies. This role involves analyzing customer-specific pricing, volume-based discounts, market trends, and contractual agreements to optimize pricing decisions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with Sales and Pricing teams on day-to-day pricing and specialized quotes
• Analyze customer volume, competitor pricing, and contracts to determine optimal pricing
• Maintain and update pricing databases for accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare pricing reports and analysis for internal decision-making
• Monitor market trends to ensure competitive positioning
• Support pricing proposals and presentations for key accounts

What it takes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Experience in pricing, finance, or data analysis (paper or manufacturing industry preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data tools
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
