Join our fast-paced, high-performing team supporting Private Bankers, Financial Advisors, and Service Professionals. We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented operations professional with a strong foundation in financial services and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

🔑 What You’ll Need (Required):

✔️ Bachelor’s degree

✔️ 1-2+ years of experience in banking or financial services

✔️ Strong communication & client service skills

✔️ Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint

✨ Nice to Have:

✔️ Customer support or financial operations experience

✔️ Familiarity with Tableau, Access, or SharePoint

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Deliver best-in-class operational support for private banking transactions
• Collaborate with Sales and escalate complex transactions appropriately
• Prepare official documents like Bank Reference Letters & Letters of Intent
• Review and approve Power of Attorney on SBL accounts
• Create & deliver SBL training content for internal partners
• Use data to analyze trends, create reports, and support strategic decisions
• Assist with projects, presentations, and other tasks as directed by management
