Licensed Clinical Professional Counseling/Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy
- Utilize crisis intervention techniques to address immediate mental health concerns
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services
- Assist in the coding and documentation of client treatment sessions using ICD-10 guidelines
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in the field
Skills:
- Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counseling or Clinical Social Worker
- Experience working with individuals who may demonstrate mental health concerns, life stressors, trauma, possible eating disorder behaviors and self harming behaviors
- Proficient in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

We are currently looking for clinicians interested in working evening and weekend hours as this position is a minimum of 8 hours evening and/or weekend work. Preference for anyone interested in, already trained in, or willing to be trained in Gottman Couples work and/or EMDR therapy.
This person enjoys working as part of a team, but is also confident working individually. All clinicians who are interested in joining a private practice for full time or part time work should apply as we wouldn't pass up a good candidate! Our part time hours begin at 12 hours with our max compensation split at 25 hours.
PBC offers DBT groups as well as individual DBT counseling. While PBC practices DBT, we engage in therapy that fits with our clients, so practicing DBT is not a requirement with all clients. However, this candidate must have knowledge and experience using DBT skills as most of our clients benefit and actively seek out PBC for these skills.
This clinician will work with the general mental health population, recognizing additional training in self-harming and ED behaviors may be provided if necessary. We are also seeking someone who is interested in family and couples as well in a second position. Extra consideration for those certified in EDs, clinicians who are Gottmann Trained, and clinicians trained in EMDR.
Ideally, these clinicians will on-board over the next few weeks and we'll start filling your schedule as soon as possible as we do have a waitlist. Position begins as soon as a clinician is contracted and credentialed with insurance plans and/or self pay clients come in! This is the perfect job for anyone looking to work a flexible schedule.
