Hoffman & Forde, Attorneys at Law, APC is located in the Banker's Hill neighborhood of San Diego, across from the beautiful Balboa Park. As a fast-paced law firm with a large clientele, we are looking for a Probate Trust Litigation/Estate Planning and Trust Administration attorney with 7+ years’ experience to join our team at our La Jolla office location, Transactional experience preferred.
The ideal candidate will come from an estate planning practice and have knowledge and experience in estate and trust administration and drafting wills and trust agreements.
Qualifications:
· Active, in-good standing license to practice law in the state of California.
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in estate planning and trust administration.
· Experience in Probate Litigation.
· Strong knowledge of California state laws.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
· Independently manage matters from start to finish.
· Excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
· Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects.
Benefits and Compensation:
Competitive compensation based on experience with a range of $135,000 - $165,000, plus discretionary bonuses.
