Cornerstone Technology Talent Services is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to support a high-impact enterprise transformation project within the healthcare industry. This position will focus on contract separation and technology sourcing in support of a large-scale business unit spin-off. The successful candidate will work closely with sourcing leadership and legal teams to manage supplier transitions, negotiate new agreements, and establish a future-ready procurement model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creation of procurement playbooks, templates, and interim processes for the stand-alone business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, particularly in indirect and technology categories.
  • Proven experience with software procurement, enterprise licensing agreements, and supplier negotiations.
  • Experience supporting M&A transactions, divestitures, or contract disentanglement projects highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with sourcing and contract management tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Why This Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to play a critical role in a transformational project with long-term potential. You'll be at the center of a new organization's creation, shaping the procurement strategy and ensuring seamless supplier transitions with minimal operational disruption. Join a highly collaborative and mission-driven team committed to excellence, innovation, and long-term impact.
