About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Sr. Manager to join our Digital & Technology Strategic Sourcing team. This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end sourcing activities across major digital technology categories, including enterprise applications, business applications, cloud, and application support. The Procurement Sr. Manager will partner with IT, Legal, Finance, and other departments to develop strategies, negotiate enterprise agreements, and deliver measurable business value through cost savings and contract optimization.

This is a highly visible role that operates autonomously and requires strong leadership, negotiation, and global sourcing expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for major digital technology categories, including enterprise applications (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, Salesforce, Box, Smartsheet), business applications, and industry-specific software.
• Negotiate enterprise software and cloud agreements at a global scale , collaborating with procurement, legal, security, and risk management teams.
• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives through sourcing strategies, demand management, and contract optimization.
• Serve as the principal commercial intermediary between suppliers and stakeholders, managing business terms and risk mitigation.
• Manage supplier relationships, mediate conflicts, and negotiate at a senior executive level .
• Analyze spend data to identify opportunities, track performance, and maintain market/product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the global sourcing team to aggregate data and align strategies at both local and international levels.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision to deliver on strategic sourcing objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Law (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of strategic sourcing experience , including at least 6 years in technology category management .
• Proven ability to lead negotiations for enterprise agreements (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Strong experience managing multi-year contracts, service providers, and outsourced vendor relationships.
• Background in international/global sourcing strategies with cross-cultural team collaboration.

Certifications (Preferred):

• C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility.

Skills:

• Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation expertise.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and operate in high-stakes procurement negotiations.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.
