Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Product Content Manager to drive user engagement and retention through strategic content curation, creation, and community building for both Vestaboard flagship and the new Vestaboard Note. This role reports to the Head of Product.

Sitting at the intersection of product and marketing, you’ll help shape the content experience across both product types, ensuring users are inspired and engaged regardless of which device they own. You’ll need strong product intuition to understand behavior patterns across our user base, identify content-driven feature opportunities, and translate user needs into actionable insights.

We take immense pride in the quality and thoughtfulness of our content curation. You’ll need exceptional taste and an intuitive sense for what resonates with our community. While we will look to leverage AI tools for efficiency, human judgment and curatorial instinct remain at the heart of everything we do. Please note that this role requires being in our Nashville office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Curate daily content that resonates with both flagship and Note users, using behavior data across product types to inform decisions and uncover enhancement opportunities
  • Design and build new templates and layouts optimized for both display types, analyzing usage patterns to recommend feature improvements
  • Launch and manage new Vestaboard+ channels that add value across product lines, ensuring consistent quality and gathering user feedback to inform roadmap decisions
  • Leverage AI tools to scale content creation efficiently while maintaining editorial integrity and tailoring experiences to each product type
  • Serve as primary contact for bespoke content requests for enterprise and events, ensuring solutions are viable for both flagship and Note formats
  • Identify and build relationships with standout user-generated content (UGC) creators, using these insights to inform product design and usage trends across platforms
  • Moderate in-app UGC to ensure it meets brand standards and suits both display types, identifying friction points in the creation experience
  • Tag and optimize legacy content for better discoverability and compatibility with both flagship and Note, recommending improvements to content discovery features
  • Analyze content performance across both devices to inform curation strategies and guide product improvements
  • Craft messaging and in-app content that highlights new features and channels tailored to each product type, improving user onboarding and long-term engagement
  • Create campaigns that encourage content sharing and awareness, considering how each product’s physical and digital experience enables viral growth
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and engineering to extend the reach of our content and advocate for content-centric features in product development

Requirements

  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to think systematically about how content impacts experience across multiple product types
  • Passion for storytelling, aesthetics, and creating content experiences that resonate with both flagship and Note users
  • Experience with user-generated content platforms and community building, with a solid grasp on how product variations influence engagement
  • Excellent written communication skills and a knack for aligning content with evolving product capabilities
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing content performance across user segments and platforms
  • Proficiency with AI content tools and automation platforms, with strong curatorial judgment
  • Strong creative skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools
  • Experience in customer communications (email/push) focused on product education and engagement
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-product environment
  • High editorial standards with the ability to scale content operations without compromising quality
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort making subjective calls on what elevates the user experience across different devices
