Job Description

Well-established, profitable manufacturing plant in the greater Waco, TX area has immediate need for a Production Manager. This plant is part of a large corporation with several manufacturing plants in the U.S.

The Production Manager will report to the Plant Manager and will serve as a key member of the leadership team. Will build trust and rapport with hourly associates and ensure that the product leaves the facility on-time and meeting all quality requirements. Will lead up to 75 employees. A "roll-up-the-sleeves" mentality will be ideal.

Qualified candidates will have prior leadership experience in manufacturing. Knowledge of building products industry is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate entire production process
• Contribute to production planning and budgeting
• Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe production environment
• Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of production leadership experience
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
