American Millwork is an established leading producer of quality hardwood mouldings and boards. We are proud of our fun, family-like atmosphere and are ready to add to our production leadership team. We have an immediate opening for a Production Supervisor for our 2nd Shift. This position will be a key member of our production management team with a broad range of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in the millwork, hardwood or kitchen cabinet industries
• Strong training, communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to excellence in quality and customer service
• Knowledge of moulders and/or rough mill is highly preferred.

Work week is Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts. Overtime would be on Fridays/Saturdays if needed. This is an excellent career opportunity for a dependable team player willing to learn all aspects of our manufacturing operation while making a positive impact on our second shift.
