The Meadows Foundation is a private family foundation on a mission to improve the quality and circumstances of life for the people of Texas now and in the future. Over the last 76 years, we have given more than $1.29 billion to support Texans through arts, civic and public affairs, education, environment, health, and human services.
We also foster our mission by providing collaborative, rent-free office space in the Wilson Historic District to nonprofits serving Texas. The District is a 22-acre campus near downtown Dallas with 28 new and restored historic structures.

We are a small team of people who are passionate about advancing our mission. We are looking for a Program Analyst to join our team who shares our drive and motivation.
Position Summary
The Program Analyst is responsible for providing program and administrative support to the Program Team (Program Officers, Senior Program Officers, and the Vice President of Grants). This role assists in reviewing grant reports, preparing documents and presentations, and researching grant strategies and initiatives as assigned.
This this role is entry level and will be exposed to a myriad of grantmaking tasks from a support position.
