- Lead and manage the software engineering department, overseeing multiple teams and projects.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's technical and business goals.
- Collaborate with other executives and stakeholders to align engineering efforts with overall company objectives.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products on time and within budget.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the engineering teams.
- Manage the recruitment, development, and retention of top engineering talent.
- Oversee the adoption of best practices in software development, including agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the engineering organization to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and modern development practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale software projects and teams.
