Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Program Manager to lead a portfolio of diverse, high-impact construction projects for a prestigious aerospace client in South Texas. This is your chance to help deliver infrastructure that supports some of the most ambitious engineering missions in the country.

What You’ll Do

• Own profit, performance, and delivery for a high-profile construction program
• Lead safety, quality, and operational excellence across multiple concurrent projects

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Mentor and lead a team of project managers, estimators, and site supervisors
• Engage directly in estimating, resource planning, and technical decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar leadership role
• Strong background in heavy civil, industrial, mechanical, or commercial construction
• Skilled in estimating, scheduling, budget management, and contract administration
• Comfortable leading from the front in demanding, fast-paced environments
• Ability to engage with a dynamic, younger engineering team culture
• Ready to relocate to South Texas and commit to a long-term program opportunity
