Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Architect to lead the design and technical development of large-scale entertainment venues, including arenas, stadiums, and multipurpose sports complexes. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of professional experience and be highly proficient in Revit, with a strong track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and documentation process on major entertainment and sports projects
• Coordinate across disciplines to ensure cohesive and fully integrated design solutions
• Translate client goals and project requirements into creative and technically sound architectural strategies
• Develop, manage, and review detailed construction documents in Revit
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project phases
• Guide and mentor junior staff; delegate tasks and review work to maintain project standards
• Manage time and priorities effectively across multiple phases and project scopes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• 7–10 years of professional architectural experience, with a significant focus on large-scale public or commercial projects
• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience in construction administration and consultant coordination
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage deliverables on fast-paced projects
