Job Description

Our client, a well-known entertainment company is actively seeking a temp Project Manager to join their team on a long-term basis. In this role, you will manage the full process of creative packaging development, focusing on structural packaging and design. This oclosely with Creative, Sourcing, Merchandising, Product Design, and other teams to deliver projects on time and meet business goals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with Creative, Sourcing, Merchandising, and Product Design teams in a high-volume environment supporting over 150 projects at a time.

This is a 6-month temp opportunity requiring the selected candidate to work hybrid onsite.

Pay: $40/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage project timelines aligned with development calendars.
• Track project progress and update stakeholders regularly.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to communicate project status and deadlines.
• Collaborate with sourcing and creative teams to meet packaging and artwork deadlines.
• Manage project approvals and escalate issues or delays to the right teams promptly.
• Evaluate workflows and identify ways to improve efficiency, using technology and automation to streamline processes.
• Maintain organized and updated project dashboards.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management or related experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Packaging or creative project management experience is a plus.
• Retail or product development experience helpful but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Smartsheet).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
