Job Title: Project Manager – Packaging Operations

Location: Kissimmee, FL (Onsite Mon–Thu in Orlando, Remote Fri)

Rate: $40/hr | Contract: 9/2/2025 – 3/1/2026

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a fast-paced creative team supporting a high-volume environment with over 150 projects at a time. This role focuses on packaging operations and requires close collaboration with creative, product, and merchandising teams to deliver packaging solutions on time and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end packaging projects, from structural design to artwork execution.
• Establish and maintain project timelines and dashboards, ensuring key milestones are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, sourcing, and merchandising.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Actively participate in team meetings to provide status updates and maintain clear communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and leverage technology to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience in packaging operations or creative project management is a plus.
• Retail or product development experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Workfront, or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
