Project Administration and Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing restoration projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, and permits.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections, meetings, and other project-related activities.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients and stakeholders.
