Job Title: Project Manager - Structural Concrete

Location: San Bernardino, CA

Compensation: $110,000–$150,000

This specialty contractor delivers large-scale masonry and concrete projects for commercial, industrial, and federal markets, backed by high bonding capacity and a hands-on approach to service and accountability. They take pride in partnering with clients beyond installation - assisting with value planning, budgeting, and design-build solutions, while emphasizing quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

Role Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee structural concrete and masonry projects from start to finish, with responsibility for financials, schedules, safety, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of project management experience with a self-perform masonry or concrete subcontractor, and the ability to lead both field and office teams while driving collaboration with owners, GCs, and design partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of masonry and structural concrete projects.
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
  • Develop and track project schedules; implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and self-perform crews to ensure quality and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with GCs, owners, architects, and engineers to align project scope and expectations.
  • Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety, QA/QC, and progress.
  • Provide leadership to project engineers, superintendents, and field staff.
  • Report to senior leadership with project updates, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of Project Management experience with a masonry or concrete subcontractor.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and field operations on large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of masonry and concrete means, methods, and cost structures.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
