Project Planning Analyst

• Pay Rate: $30.00
• W2 Position
• Location: Onsite - Fort Worth, TX 76102 - ONSITE/ NO REMOTE WORK
• Contractor needs to know that they must pay for parking
• Monday – Friday. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (8 hours per day. 40 hours per week)
• 6 Month contract with possibility of extension

Job Description:

• Project Analyst

Duties and Key Responsibilities.

• TXDOT Billing.
• New project request intake.
• Workload tracking and reporting.
• Track and Manage permits.
• Develop and maintain a City Management Plan dashboard.
• SOX active/proactive list owner. (Network, Metro East and Metro West)
• CIAC accrual report review and analysis.
• Seeks opportunities to turn complex data into clear, impactful insights.
• Ability to present useful and clear data to various levels of management.
• Provide detailed data analysis to Serve Existing groups to support business decision making.
• Analyze and track project data to improve project management.
• Build reports and dashboards to support Network, Metro East and West. Serve Existing.
• Collaborate with groups such as Major Construction, Finance, District Operations, Storeroom personnel and other stakeholders.
• Successful track monthly capital plan and spent. Forecasting.
• Supports Serve Existing group process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties/special projects as assigned.

Skills Requirements:

• A self-starter capable of solving problems through collaboration and critical thinking.
• Proficient in Microsoft excel, Pivot table, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to write queries utilizing various systems.
• Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with data cleaning and data visualization.
• Knowledge of Maximo, FIM, ACIS and various client project management tools is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated organization skills
• Proven ability to learn new methods, techniques and software as needed to accomplish tasks.
• A team player.

Pay Range: $28.00 - $30.00

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
