Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Property Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the 23-unit apartment community of Mission Briar Apartments.
The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.

Location: Mission Briar Apartments (Canby, OR)
Hourly Rate: $22-$26/hr.
Schedule: PT, Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Weekly Contracted Hours: 15
Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend.

The Property Manager will be eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
