You Will:
- Ensuring that the team works in accordance with the approved company operating policies, procedures, practices and methods
- Supporting the radiology reporting team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities
- Participating in and/or leading various projects, as identified by upper management; projects may have an impact on a single site or be companywide
- Training, educating, and mentoring staff and other departments on projects, workflows, and processes
- Providing operations leadership with reporting on turnaround time, process adherence, and escalations
- Developing and maintaining reporting to meet Service Level Agreements with various partners
- Collaborate with clinical operation teams with the primary focus of supporting all clinical applications related to radiologist dictations and reporting
- Work and communicate with radiologists providing RIS support, as needed
- Work with the Clinical System Solutions Team to implement and adjust workflows to improve efficiencies in case distribution and management
- Manage all radiologist worklists including but not limited to: All Problem, All Pending Dictation, Critical Results, All Pending, and All Suspended. Escalating concerns as needed
- Collaborate with Clinical System Solution Teams to test and implement new software and functionalities related to radiologist workflows
- Present findings and recommendations as part of workflow and software implementation
- Answers incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner; following established protocols
- Call referring physicians to assist radiologist with delivering critical results findings, following established protocols

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
- Preferred 3 years in Health Care communications, customer service work experience, or Bachelor's Degree in clinical or science-related area.
- Multi-vendor IS experience with RIS/PACS.
- Requires excellent communication and presentation skills
- Requires outstanding leadership and decision-making skills and the ability to work well with a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, clear and effective communication skills, strong planning and organizational skills, adaptability, willingness to relocate and/or travel, and oral fluency in English
- Effective time management skills, clerical skills, excellent phone etiquette skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle moderately complex assignments under minimal supervision are essential
- Demonstrate strong customer service, multitasking, critical thinking, persuasion and analytical abilities, with superior communication and interpersonal skill.
- Able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision making to achieve organizational objectives.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Pay Range:
USD $66,560.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
