Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Staffing Agency Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates into temporary, temp-to-perm, or direct hire positions across various industries. You’ll play a key role in building strong client relationships and matching top talent with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and interview candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting tools.
- Evaluate applicants’ qualifications and match them to appropriate job openings.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to quickly respond to client staffing needs.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with clients.
- Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and organizational culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly performance metrics (e.g., placements, submissions, interviews).
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience (agency experience preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices is a plus.
