Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery

Location: Great Bend, Kansas

Salary: $30 - $36.50 per hour

Benefits:

• Full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Evening shift differential: $2.30 per hour
• Night shift differential: $3.75 per hour
• Weekend differential: $3.00 per hour from Friday at 7 PM until Monday at 7 AM

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery RN to join our team. This is a full-time, night shift position, working from 7 PM to 7 AM. The role requires working every other weekend and one on-call shift per week as needed. Responsibilities include providing care to patients during labor and delivery, ensuring a safe and healthy delivery experience. You'll be part of a supportive team, working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum
• Monitor maternal and fetal health throughout the labor process
• Assist in labor and delivery procedures, including neonatal resuscitation
• Document care plans and patient responses accurately
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN license in the state of Kansas
• ACLS certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within six months of hire
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) within one year of employment
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within six months
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within the first two weeks of employment
