We’re looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our team for a 3-day conference at the Pasadena Convention Center!

LOCATION: Pasadena, CA
SALARY: $22 per hour
SCHEDULE: September 14 – 16, 2025 | Event Shifts Available
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet and check in conference attendees with professionalism and a welcoming attitude
• Distribute name badges and registration materials
• Provide clear directions and event information to attendees
• Ensure a smooth and efficient registration process
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Prior event, registration, or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, professional, and reliable with excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
