As we grow, we are looking for a Retention Marketing Specialist to help strengthen these relationships, using email, SMS, and other tools to keep our customers engaged and excited about our brand.

Position Overview:

The Retention Marketing Analyst will focus on driving customer loyalty and repeat sales for Lola Blankets through email, SMS, and other retention channels. This entry-level role will lead in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns to keep customers engaged and enhance lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and customer experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer retention and loyalty
• Identify additional opportunities for Lola to strengthen relationships with its customer base
• Manage and improve our current customer loyalty program, monitor customer reviews
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content, promotions, and personalized offers
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Help segment the customer database and develop targeted campaigns based on customer behavior and purchasing patterns
• Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize email subject lines, content, delivery timing, etc.
• Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of all retention marketing efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in email, SMS, or retention marketing (internships or relevant coursework preferred)
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and segmentation strategies
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• A passion for customer experience and retention marketing

• Salary TBD + 10% annual bonus based on company and individual performance (bonus prorated to % of year employed with company)
