Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing crew, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the project management team to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial roofing.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and construction documents.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
