SaaS Software Sales Specialist (Remote)

Location: Remote (U.S.)
Compensation: Base $70K + 20% Commission
Travel: 15% (Conferences, Client Meetings) ✈️

Role Overview:

This pivotal role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles in the SaaS domain. The SaaS Software Sales Specialist will focus on building and managing a robust pipeline, cultivating relationships with enterprise clients, and driving high-value deals to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Initiate and manage outreach efforts through targeted cold emailing, prospecting, and lead nurturing.
  • Client Engagement: Present SaaS solutions to prospective clients via virtual meetings, in-person conferences, and client events. ️
  • CRM Mastery: Leverage Salesforce, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo to manage leads and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve weekly KPIs, including booking 1-2 demos per week and maintaining an active pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to implement SEO strategies that enhance lead generation and sales outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven SaaS Sales Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients is highly preferred.
  • CRM Proficiency: Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms. ️
  • Business Acumen: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively. ️
  • Self-Motivated: A highly driven individual with a passion for achieving sales targets and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
