What your day-to-day looks like:

• Enter sales orders into MRP system: AS400
• Follow up regarding order status with internal employees
• Track and trace orders
• Perform administrative duties such as obtaining customer documents, order information, account updates and enter into system
• Facilitate order status to customer and work inter-departmentally with sales team and order entry team to obtain status.
• This is a relationship building role. Maintain current customers.
• Reach out to customers to obtain information needed for accounts.
• Provide updates and resolve customer inquiries and complaints

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Tech Savvy within MS Suite & ability to pick up new systems
• An interest in sales support
• Great communication skills
• Team Player
• Confidence!
