Job Title: Sales Enablement Specialist
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Director of Product Marketing

Job Summary:

The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a pivotal role within the marketing team, directly supporting our sales initiatives by developing compelling content, tools, and resources. You will collaborate closely with product marketing, product teams, and sales representatives to create and implement strategies that drive engagement, educate sales & customers, and ultimately boost sales performance. This role requires a high level of engagement, the ability to rapidly take in and interpret sophisticated technical information for various audiences, and encompasses a variety of tasks and responsibilities, with visibility up to the executive level.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sales Enablement:
  • Act as a bridge between sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, goals, and strategies.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize sales enablement materials, including presentations, playbooks, competitive analysis, and product sheets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to identify training needs and create tailored content to address these gaps.
  • Support the onboarding process for new sales hires by providing essential resources and training materials.
  • Perform regular sales training on products, services, and campaigns.
  • Regularly gather feedback from the sales team to refine and improve enablement tools and content.
  • Maintain an organized repository of sales enablement materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.

  • Content Development:
  • Create high-quality, targeted content for various stages of the sales funnel, including case studies, whitepapers, and customer success stories.
  • Partner with product marketing to translate technical product information into compelling value propositions and sales messaging.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding, messaging, and tone of voice.
  • Contribute to the development of digital content, such as blog posts, infographics, and video scripts, to support broader sales & marketing campaigns.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or a similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong writing and content development skills, with an ability to create clear, engaging, persuasive materials.
  • Well-polished speaking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Marketing tech stack and CRM platforms (preferably Hubspot).
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and how content can support different stages of the buyer’s journey.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Additional Competencies/Requirements
    • US Citizenship is required due to Government contracts
