NewGen Business Solutions is a growing company with an office in Scottsdale searching for an enthusiastic Business software Sales Specialist to generate sales either by prospecting or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services. A successful Business development rep must be friendly and persuasive, and able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time to present solutions that meet their needs.

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s customer base.

Responsibilities

• Solution selling with a no quit attitude
• provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how systems or services meet their needs
• Record the customer’s information accurately in a computer system
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Qualifications

• Proven experience at inside sales, lead generation, or similar sales/customer service role with a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)
• Excellent communication and skills in negotiation
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Patient and able to handle customer requirements
