Position Summary

As a Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and assisting in the smooth operation of the sales process. Your primary objective will be to ensure that customer inquiries are promptly addressed, orders are processed efficiently, and customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and pricing.
• Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met
• Prepare and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with multiple sales team members for sales order entry
• Maintain customer records and update databases with order information and interactions.
• Coordinate with various internal departments, including production and finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolution of any issues.
• Follow up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and resolve any complaints.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Stay updated on product features, specifications, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of sales principles and practices is a plus.
