Job Title: Sales Trainer

Location : Houston, TX (on-site) (relocation assistance available)

Our leadership and fitness based programs bring fun, energy, and important lessons to students while at the same time raising needed funds for a wide variety of school equipment and projects. We do this through our network of passionate and driven franchisees who create the “magic” in their local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding, ongoing skill development, and specialized workshops.
• Evaluate franchisee performance to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Create engaging training materials, such as presentations, role-play scenarios, and e-learning modules.
• Provide coaching and feedback to franchisees and their team members to improve performance and achieve targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to align training strategies with business goals.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar sales role.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, processes, and tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design principles is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in a franchise system is a plus. 

Work Environment :

• Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Anticipated travel up to 50%.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range $90,000 - $110,000
• Annual bonus based upon performance
