Role Name: SAP IBP Solution Consultant / Solution Architect

Location: Chicago (Downtown), IL Onsite

Role Description:
The SAP IBP Solution Consultant/Solution Architect will oversee planning, execution, and management of transformation engagements for clients. The role entails hands-on solution configuration, facilitating workshops, designing supply chain processes, and driving successful delivery across project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP IBP solution configuration and delivery for modules including Demand, Inventory, Supply, and S&OP.
• Design tactical-level planning processes for SAP IBP to support integrated sales and operations planning.
• Facilitate workshops with global planners to create SCM business process models.
• Provide expertise in forecasting models, planning hierarchies, and statistical methods.
• Develop core process models while addressing fit-gap analysis and organizational impacts.
• Manage planning requirements across different manufacturing environments (make-to-stock, make-to-order, engineer-to-order, etc.).
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams for seamless project delivery.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of functional/technical experience implementing SAP APO (DP, SNP) with at least two SAP IBP implementations (Demand, S&OP, Inventory, Supply).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or MBA.
• SAP IBP and APICS CSCP certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning processes.

Desirable Skills:

• Expertise in SAP Master Data Management and ERP/SCM technologies.
• Ability to explain S&OP structure and logic effectively.
• Experience in conducting transformation engagements and facilitating workshops.
