Overview: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile processes for our FX Front Office Technology group . The role focuses on Data Modernization and Position Management System Upgrades . The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for two teams.
• Manage cross-team communication and collaboration with external vendors.
• Remove blockers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master in a technology-driven environment.
• Experience in financial services , ideally FX and data management .
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ADO and Confluence tools.

Preferred:

• Understanding of front-office trading systems.
• Ability to manage external vendors and complex projects.
