Job Description

Position Summary:

The Security Operations Center Analyst supports technical applications, system troubleshooting, and platform integration within the Security Operations Center (SOC). This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the Genetec security platform and other surveillance technologies used across the client's facilities.

SHIFTS-

FT- Sat/Sun/Mon 1800-1600 (Benefits) $26.74

FT- Sun/Mon/Tues 1600-2000 (Benefits) $26.74

PT- Sat/Sun 0600-1800 $26.74

Team Lead-Full time (Benefits) $32.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Genetec integration, system troubleshooting, and system maintenance
• Support the deployment and maintenance of surveillance and access control systems
• Collaborate with the Security Operations Manager and Project Management team on new equipment installations
• Provide technical guidance for SOC Operators, staff, and other security personnel
• Maintain documentation and logs related to system performance and technical issues/ incidents
• Conduct audits on Mission Control parameters, camera analytics settings, and other Genetec/Axis functions to ensure the system is running at peak performance

Reporting Structure:

• Reports to the SOC Team Lead who reports to the Security Operations Manager
• Collaborate with the Technology Lead

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with Genetec and AXIS camera systems
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Familiarity with physical security systems and protocols
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Desire to continuously learn new security technology systems
